Common facilities

Very good hotel with a complete kitchen in common to all the rooms. The bedroom was quite large, with a balcony. Also the position of the hotel was good, since you can reach anything you may need on foot.

There was only 1 toilette and 1 shower/sink in common for the whole floor (5/6 rooms). We've been lucky that there was only another room occupied, otherwise it could have been more uncomfortable.

Convenient, decent and recommendable!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I needed a spontaneous accommodation for the night in this city, and this accommodation couldn’t have been more convenient. I called late (like 10/11 pm) to ask about booking, and the girl at the phone was really helpful! Once I got to this accommodation in the evening, getting access to the key etc was really simple. I loved the interior of the room and the cleanliness of the facilities. I enjoyed my very spontaneous sleepover at this accommodation and would come here again! Everything went so smoothly :)

The lights in the hallway were quite harsh, it was a very cold and bright light -a warmer/orange light would have been more appropriate. It was a bit hard to find the place at first.

Very clean, I think the shared areas were clean every day.

The food I had placed in the fridge disappeared on the second day (I stayed for three nights). I'm not sure if this was done by staff or other guests, but either the staff should've announced that they disposed of food every so often (but then why have a fridge), or there should be implemented ways of distinguishing guest foods (maybe one shelf per room).

I was afraid also because i have never stayed in a place where i didn't meet the actual staff but they gave me the instructions perfectly and actually it was a pretty cool experience. I would add that you offer more personal items, like soap or shampoo for the bathroom, it would be perfect.

Für 1N in Ordnung, mehr nicht. Preis dafür Ok.

Das Zimmer (war wohl mal das Wohnzimmer in der umgebauten 3Zi-Wohnung in dem Mehrfamilienhaus) ist groß genug. Die Betten sind groß aber seeehr weich. Es war alles sauber. Die Kommunikation (Telefon) war sehr freundlich. Preis passt zum Angebot, mehr kann man da auch nicht verlangen.

Sehr weiches Bett. Trotz niedriger Außentemperaturen sämtliche Fenster gekippt und alle Heizkörper geschlossen (nur Frostschutz). Im Bad eine Badewanne ohne Armatur? Warum? Das in der Beschreibung nicht drin steht das es ein Gemeindschaftsbad und WC gibt welches mit insgesamt 3 Parteien geteilt werden muss. In der Küche ist Warmes Wasser auf der falschen Seite angeschlossen. (Ich bin vom Sanitär Fach) Der TV ist auf eine nicht lesbare Sprache eingestellt und wenn man es dann irgendwie geschafft hat deutsche Sender zu finden, die auch empfangen werden, dann sind diese noch nicht einmal vernünftig sortiert. Für mehr als eine Nacht würde ich es nicht empfehlen.

Sehr gute Infos zu Self-CheckIn, Zimmer, Toilette und Bad sehr sauber. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Die Verdunkelung der Fenster könnte besser sein. Leider gibt es in der Toilette keine Möglichkeit, sich die Hände zu waschen.

Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber! Mir wurde der Code zugeschickt so dass ich problemlos nach 22 Uhr einchecken konnte. Schöne Küche mit großen Kühlschrank und Esstisch. Das Bad und WC sind getrennt. Sehr sauber und man hat sich wohl gefühlt.

Gute Wahl für den Aufenthalt

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut ausgestattet. In der Küche gab es Kühlschrank, Backofen, Geschirr und einen großen Tisch. Das Bad hatte eine gute Dusche und alles Nötige. Das Zimmer war gemütlich mit bequemem Bett, Schreibtisch, Spiegel, Stühlen und Kleiderständer. Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb, aber Bushaltestellen der Linien 1 und 2 sind direkt in der Nähe. In 10–12 Minuten erreicht man mit dem Bus den Bahnhof, von dort sind es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß ins Stadtzentrum. Ein Lidl-Supermarkt ist ganz in der Nähe. Cafés oder Restaurants habe ich nicht gesehen, aber vielleicht gibt es welche. Проживання було дуже комфортним. Кухня добре обладнана — є холодильник, духовка, посуд і великий стіл. У ванній кімнаті — зручна душова кабіна та все необхідне. Кімната затишна: зручне ліжко, письмовий стіл, дзеркало, стільці, вішалка. Готель розташований трохи осторонь, але поруч зупинки автобусів 1 та 2. До вокзалу — 10–12 хвилин на автобусі, а звідти до центру — 5 хвилин пішки. Поруч є супермаркет Lidl. Кафе та ресторанів не бачила, але можливо вони є.

Leider gab es keine Kommunikation mit der Unterkunft. Nach dem Check-in habe ich über Booking eine Nachricht geschickt, weil das WLAN-Passwort nicht funktionierte. Ich habe darauf keine Antwort erhalten. На жаль, не було жодної комунікації з адміністрацією готелю. Після заселення я надіслала повідомлення через Booking, тому що пароль від Wi-Fi не працював. Відповіді я не отримала.
