A great place to stay for a few nights. Parking right outside and a lovely balcony.

The location was central and walking distance to the shop. The apartment was light and airy and had a full kitchen and a bedroom with a double bed and bunk beds. The balcony was an additional bonus. There was a communal washing machine too (needed € for this) which came in very handy. The kids loved the garden area too. There is a park area with what looked like tennis courts just opposite too

The mattresses on the beds were quite thin and not the most comfortable

The Coffeemashine was the highlight ! but Accommodation didn’t justice the price performance ratio ,

Multiple issues Accommodation room . Is basically in the cellar floor and the whole time some background noise going on not there not clear it’s grey water or some ventilation.. it not very loud but noticeable especially during night > Konstruktion noise exactly above first hammering later drilling after 20: 30 🕗! Really annoying when you want your rest .., > Car parking .. there was no restriction anywhere in front of the building.. or mentioned in the advertisement but next morning all Cars parked in front of the building got warning letter on the windshield.. , again there was no sign or any restriction on the wall or on parking 🅿️ spot itself !!! > outside garbage container overfull .. >due to the fact the cellar is hang site and the overnight box has a small terrace what is actually nice .. but some car was parked there .. > television was interlinked to internet , but speed did match was always corrupted / stuck/ frozen I gave up but this was secondary…

Preiswerte Unterkunft, zweckmäßig eingerichtet, ruhige Nebenstraße, alles sauber, Kaffeepads und Tee vorhanden, W-Lan stabil

À eviter, à fuir. Annonce mensongère, dis qu il accepte les animaux et au final ne les accepte pas, confirme la réservation et ne veut pas annuler pour au final ne jamais ouvrir la porte et donc nous sommes rester à la rue.

Nettes kleines Refugium für Zwei mit viel Ausstattung

Das kleine Apaprtement ist komplett ausgestattet – Küche, Geräte, etc. – und für einen kürzeren Aufenthalt sehr gut geeignet. Bad und Dusche sehr gut. Die Lage ist ebenso optimal, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Ortsmitte mit Restaurants sind beide fussläufig erreichbar. Schlüsselempfang und -abgabe erfolgen problemlos via Schlüsselsafe, man ist mit der Ankunft flexibel. Eine persönliche Übergabe wurde auch angeboten, was sehr freundlich ist. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist sehr gut. Es gibt eine kleine Terrasse mit Wäscheständer – praktisch, wenn man sich sportlich betätigt und zum Ausruhen oder zum Abstellen von Fahrrädern. Dank Ebenerdigkeit ist es relativ kühl, auch bei sommerlichen 30 Grad draussen.

Für uns war es ok, aber sehr große bzw. schwere Personen oder auch Menschen mit Rückenproblemen könnten mit der Ausziehcouch hadern, diese ist modern und einfach zu bedienen, jedoch relativ klein und zierlich.
