Very good value place to stay within striking distance of Lake Constance and Rhine Falls

The apartment is in a great location: very quiet, low-key residential area with a designated parking space in front of the building. It has a nice balcony and beautiful expansive views of the countryside. There's a fantastic supermarket just 3 minutes down the road and the apartment has everything you need to cook light meals. We particularly enjoyed breakfasts and early evening drinks on the balcony. While there's not much to do nearby, we used this as a base for fabulous trips to Lake Constance (just 20 mins drive away), where we went swimming three days in a row, and the Rhine Falls (just 30 minutes drive away), which were spectacular. The apartment is clean, perfectly adequate, the WiFi is strong and good, and it's very peaceful. Had a problem with the hot water which the host fixed immediately. Bonus: a nice Italian restaurant opposite the supermarket called DiVino, which we visited twice. We were a group of four: two adults and two teens (aged 16 and 18). The kids slept in the kitchen/dining room on a sofa bed, we slept in the main bedroom: this worked OK. The bathroom is absolutely massive: it's so amazing! Great WiFi and large TV (all channels in German). All in all, this apartment is great value for money if you want to avoid the premium prices charged around Lake Constance and the Rhine Falls, not to mention the throngs of tourists. We really appreciated being a bit off the beaten track and self-catering. It was fun driving through the countryside to all the beautiful locations. Loved it!

This apartment is on the top floor under the roof so it does get very hot. Open windows and a fan (supplied) helped somewhat but we visited during the heatwave and it was really warm by 10am. However, we were out all day, every day, so didn't spend too long indoors.

we were there just for one night , it was a big apartment but not very convenient that we had to buy soap and shamp

apartment for 5 third and fourth adult had to sleep on sofa 5 th adult had to sleep on a rolling guest bed - no cosmetic articles like soap or shampoo in the bathroom parking space in front of the entrance ( ver unfortunate for all people to enter and exit the house if you have a big car ) bathroom windows had no shades or curtains couldn’t be opened porch/ screenshot was with holes

Horror

Wir mussten mehrmals versuchen anzurufen, bis wir einen richtigen Code bekommen haben.

Kinderuntauglich, kein Babybett und kein Babystuhl, dreckig, Mikrowelle ist auf dem Boden auf einen Minikühlschrank gestellt... Wir haben eine andere Wohnung bekommen, als gebucht, so schlimm das wir es nach 5 Minuten wieder verlassen haben und nicht dort geschlafen haben.

Baza wypadowa do Szwajcarii

Lokalizacja świetna jeśli chce się zwiedzać Szwajcarie i okolice jeziora Bodeńskiego. Okolica jest spokojna, nie ma w pobliżu żadnych sklepów i restauracji, raczej potrzebny jest samochód lub rower. Mieszkanie jest w porządku, internet jest choć czasami mieliśmy problem z łącznością, jest parking pod domem, wygodne łóżka. Super łatwe odebranie kluczy do mieszkania.

Moim zdaniem w takim apartamencie mogłoby być nieco więcej podstawowych produktów, nie ma płynu do naczyń, ręcznika do rąk (tylko po jednym dużym ręczniku na osobę), gdyby były podstawowe dodatki jak sól i pieprz to też byłoby na wielki plus. Na cztery dni dostaliśmy tylko jedną rolkę papieru - to też nie jest wystarczające. Ale tak jak mówie, to są dodatkowe sprawy które zwiększyłyby ocenę. Brakuje kubków do kawy i herbaty - są jakieś pojedyncze sztuki, większość była stara i zabrudzona, nie korzystaliśmy z tego.

Bei der Anreise kein Schlüssel für das gebuchte Appartement. Nach Telefongespräch mit Besitzer ein anderes Appartement zugeteilt. Kein WLAN, nicht das bekommen was auf dem Bildern gezeigt wurde in der Anzeige, kein Bügeleisen, eine so riesen Küche und kein Spüli, Backofen, Mikrowelle stark verschmutzt, Bettdecken und Kissen haben stark gestunken, Badezimmer hat keine Tür zum abschließen, Teilweise Steckdosen Kaputt, Schränke waren verschmutzt, Die Wohnung nicht vorbereitet, Toilettenspülung sehr laut das man sich erschreckt. Das einzige gute war das die Bodenheizung funktioniert hat. Und Sofabett war richtig laut. Nein Danke nie wieder
