Friendly staff, secure bldg with both card and/or code access. Quiet, A/C was good, shower was excellent. Close enough to Vatican, Colluseum etc... a short walk.

Great location, right in the middle of the chaos that is Rome, an area with a really buzzy vibe and it was easy to walk to all the main sites. Whilst the area was busy, it was quiet in the apartment. Apartment was super clean and well presented. Hosts were quick to respons to queries and have clear check in instructions. Good security, with coded locks.
When I booked, breakfast was included, and I wasn't made aware that this had changed until we arrived. There are lots of places nearby, but it would've been nice to have been updated. It would be good to have proper mugs or cups for the tea and coffee rather than the paper cups supplied

Fabulous location in the heart of Trastevere. Amazingly quiet for the hustle and bustle below. Elevator was fabulous, no lugging bags up endless stairs. Staff was very communicative. Clean and comfortable. Endless restaurant options within walking distance. Only had one night but a perfect alternative to airport hotels to enjoy a short time in Rome.
Nothing - All was great.

Check in was unclear. I had been given no instructions and arrived to no actual staff and it being a remote check in. Very stressful at the time with no phone singal or wifi, communcation beforehand about it being unstaffed and a virtual check need is needed at least 24 hours in advance so you are ready when you get there
