Nice stay and good value for the money.

Good communication with the hostess from the agency. She was there, waiting for us when we arrived. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Location is nice. Short drive from Sanremo motorway exit. Also close to the centre of Sanremo. Big, spacious terrace with a view to the ocean. Apartment is spacious. Perfect for a couple with a dog.

Just some minor things to fix that we informed the hostess about and that will certainly be repaired.

Il faut résoudre les problèmes d’odeurs nauséabondes.

Appartement très propre, très calme, accueil sympathique.

Une odeur d’égout très forte et persistante nous a empêché de dormir dans la seule chambre avec fenêtre, c’était irrespirable et cela saisit dès que l’on entre dans le salon. Les désodorisants chimiques puissants utilisés par les propriétaires pour tenter de la masquer aggravent l’irritation.

Peccato, ottimo alloggio rifinito e confortevole, ma la posizione no! Foto panormica ingannevole....

Alloggio curato e ben ristrutturato dotato di tutti i comfort, camere spaziose, bagno grande e molto funzionale (cieco), terrazzo molto spazioso e pulito, host gentilissima, buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Posizione tranquilla e silenziosa anche se piano terra perchè non ha affaccio su strada. Completamente climatizzato.

Vista assente foto panorama ingannevoli, la foto che pubblicate è ingannevole la vista è inesistente la foto è stata fatta dall' alto in un angolino del terrazzo. Dal terrazzo si vedono 3 alberi e una grande cisterna nera di cemento e un pezzetto di mare. Noi siamo amanti delle viste panoramiche e l abbiamo scelto per quel motivo.... ma non è la realtà.. il terrazzo è molto bello e grande ma la vista non esiste e il terrazzo si affaccia sui campi al piano terra con rischio intrusione animali non graditi e passaggio di persone che abitano nella casa adiacente. Assolutamente tranquillo e silenzionso perchè non affaccia su strada... ma è sempre un piano terra almeno le zanzariere le avrei installate... di notte non si possono tenere le finestre aperte essendo al piano terra per motivi di sicurezza ed eventuali animali notturni, c è l aria condizionata e bisogna dormire con il climatizzatore acceso. Una camera è cieca e dotata solo di una finestrella che presumo affacci su un intercapedine ... mai aperta... non è assolutamente umida ed è grande e vivibilissima ma comunque cieca. Peccato perchè l' alloggio è molto spazioso ben ristrutturato e con tutti i comfort... ma la posizione è stata una bella delusione sia per la vista che per l' affaccio sui campi al piano terra.... E' perfetto per chi cerca tranquillità spazio e comfort interno, non lo è per chi ama godersi il terrazzo e la vista. Consiglio vivamente di eliminare la foto del panorama perchè non corrisponde alla realtà e per chi come noi predilige la posizione al resto è deludente... peccato... allego foto realistica della vista dal terrazzo senza mettersi su una sedia in un angolino per inquadrare il mare dietro al resto....

Heel mooi en ruim appartement met alle nodige voorzieningen en uitzicht op zee in de verte.

Heel mooi appartement met een deeltje uitzicht op zee. Er zijn 2 heel ruime kamers, een ruime badkamer en een keuken met alles wat nodig is om te koken. Groot terras waar het heerlijk is om te zitten eten of te relaxen in de ligstoelen. Goede Airco in zowel leefruimte als 2 slaapkamers. Alles was heel netjes. Overdekte parkeerplaats in de kelder en bereikbaar met lift. Heel vriendelijke dame die aanwezig is bij aankomst en vertrek en die alle nodige uitleg geeft.

Voor het appartement zelf veel niets tegen. Er zijn 2 algemene kleine opmerkingen : de parkeerplaats is redelijk klein en je moet wat manoevreren om er in te geraken. Het appartement ligt beetje buiten het centrum en er is altijd veel verkeer naar het centrum toe.

Das war alles TOP !!! Die Wohnung war echt super 👍.Ruhige Lage,sehr sauber,man hat alles was man braucht.Wir waren fast 3 Wochen und kommen gerne wieder.Und diese Frau welche auf uns gewartet hatte 👍👍sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.Dankeschön noch einmal 👌
