Very nice and clean place!

The apartment is very good equipped. You will find everything what You need to make a breakfast or dinner. Internett is very good. Air condition and washing machine working as it should. There is around 15-20 minutes walking distance to the beach. Gratis parking.

The madrass in sofa bed could be better if it were a foam.

Exceptional apartment and wonderful host - highly recommended

Eddie was a wonderful host trying to make us feel like home, he was extremely helpful giving us advice about surrounding towns and beaches, recommended some really good restaurants and explained how everything works. Kitchen is perfectly equipped, we didn't cook much but whatever you may need is there for sure. Garden is very spacious and kids loved hammock. If we're ever back to San Remo we will definitely try to stay here.

Location is a bit challenging if you plan to walk to town center, there is a good bit of road without sidewalk, so if you walk with kids you need to be careful. Mosquitos in the garden in the evening were a bit annoying at start but we managed :)

The apartment was nice and pretty spacious, and the garden was a really lovely addition. It was equipped with absolutely everything one would need on a holiday, it exceeded my expectations. The host was very helpful and provided us with useful information about Sanremo.

Great place, home away from home

Very clean apartment with everything that you need. A home away from home. Eddie is a great host and was a phone call away if you need anything. Was available to pick me up from train station if I wanted and also flexible with the checkin and checkout times.

All was perfect. Only note if you don’t like walking and exploring, be aware that the property is slightly up hill. You would have to get a taxi back up.

Prima bed. Prima wifi. Een groot appartement. Fijne airco. De host is vriendelijk maar niet consequent. Eigen parkeerplek. Mooie grote tv.

Schoonmaak en het onderhoud kan beter. Het appartementencomplex is gehorig. Het appartement is via drie trappen bereikbaar.

Bardzo ładne mieszkanie z ogródkiem za rozsądną cenę. W mieszkaniu jest klimatyzacja, która pomaga przetrwać upały i cieszyć się odpoczynkiem po intensywnym dniu 😅😊 Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, są wszystkie niezbędne naczynia, jest też ekspres do kawy, kapsułki, toster, nawet wyciskarka do soku 😊 Mieszkanie jest czyste i urządzone ze smakiem - szczególnie podobała się nam sypialnia i elementy wikliny ❤️ Telewizory w sypialni i w salonie, połączone z internetem. Duży, przestronny ogródek, w którym są dwa leżaki, pod parasolem stół z krzesłami, a dalej zestaw ogrodowy (stolik, kanapa, fotele). Jest też miejsce na grilla. Wieczorem można oświetlić ogródek 😊 W okolicy cisza i spokój. Bardzo miły właściciel, z poczuciem humoru 😅😊 oraz cennymi radami - poleca plaże, gdzie zrobić zakupy. Przed oddaniem kluczy pokazuje wszystko w mieszkaniu, jak co działa - może komuś się to wydać dziwne, ale moim zdaniem to dobrze o nim świadczy, ponieważ w ten sposób unika potencjalnych zarzutów, że "coś nie działa" 😅 Doceniamy pomoc z podwózką z zakupami 😊

W zasadzie wszystko było bardzo dobre 😊 jedynie w ogrodzie było trochę chwastów, ale nam to nie przeszkadzało. Lokalizacja jest oddalona od centrum, my byłyśmy bez samochodu, więc, żeby dostać się tutaj, trzeba przejść kawałek drogi. W pewnych miejscach brak chodnika, więc trzeba uważać, ale na to właściciel nie ma wpływu - jeśli decydujesz się na ten nocleg, nie narzekaj na lokalizację 😉 ig: @pani_jolanna

Emplacement idéal à quelques minutes du centre de San Remo en voiture. Compliqué de s'y rendre à pied, car route sans trottoir. Quartier tranquille et agréable. Place dédiée à l'hébergement. Appartement en Rdc avec jardin. Très bien équipé, propre bonne literie. Hote très sympathique.

Es war eine Freude , in dieser Wohnung zu bleiben. Sehr ausgestattet, Gastgeber hilfsbereit. Wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause. Absolut empfehlenswert. Hoffe, dass wir wieder kommen!

Der Gastgeber Eddie war immer erreichbar und konnte uns wertvolle Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt geben. Auch mit zusätzlichen Decken, war er sofort zur Stelle. Schlafzimmer war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet.

Die Ausklappcouch ist zum Schlafen, gerade für ältere Kinder oder Erwachsene, nicht geeignet. Man spürt jede einzelne Feder, leider unzumutbar. Die Terasse war sehr ungepflegt, was sehr schade war, da sie eigentlich sehr schön ist. Unkraut weg, neue Polster und ein etwas wertigere Gratenmöbel und es wäre super.

Bell’alloggio ma strada pericolosa in discesa e salita

L’appartamento è moderno, comodo, ben organizzato.

Va considerato che la posizione pur essendo vicina al centro e alle spiagge, prevede una bella discesa e poi salita per tornare, su una strada che può essere pericolosa (con diversi tratti senza marciapiede). Noi eravamo con due passeggini e abbiamo un po’ tribolato. Durante il soggiorno pare sia sparita una forchetta (una singola forchetta ripeto), e sembra un affare di stato.. su questo credo vada un minimo contestualizzato il tutto. Se sparisce una forchetta va capito che un errore può capitare a tutti, soprattutto con due bimbi piccoli, non va colpevolizzato l’ospite come è stato fatto.
