About this apartment rental
Comfortable apartment with attention to detail, with a charming atmosphere and high vaulted ceilings, is located in the heart of Sanremo, at the beginning of the historic center, on the second floor without lift of a beautiful building from the 1500s with the newly renovated stairwell.
Far from the traffic noise but in the city center, a few steps from all the main city streets, cinemas, theaters, beaches, the port.
Definitely the ideal place to leave the car and enjoy the life of the city and live it at all hours of the day and evening!
In a few minutes walk you reach via Palazzo with all its shops, via Matteotti, the main street of the city, where it is pleasant to walk the day or evening and where the Ariston theater and the Casino are located.
Just below the house, in the typical and lively "La Pigna" district, there are various characteristic restaurants.
Going down towards the sea, in a few minutes you can reach the lively Bresca square in the evening, where you can meet again for an aperitif, a dinner, or an after-dinner.
Or take a relaxing walk, or ride, on the bike path that runs along the sea for many kilometers.
Nearby is the daily newspaper market and various supermarkets.
Free and equipped beaches are within walking distance.
