Poor service and LOTS to be improved!!!
Modern apartment with beautiful view and easy parking.
There is a LOT to improve when it comes to service! We had a challenging stay at this apartment because of a number of reasons -
1. On the day of the check in we were informed that our apartment will not be ready on time. Already the usual check in time set by the owner is 4pm which is something that we have never seen with any hotel/ apartment. On top of that they informed us at 1.30 that the apartment will not be ready on time because they are late in cleaning the apartment. We had to stay outside for over an hour and finally got the apartment after 5pm. It seems Ridiculous to have paid for a night and have the apartment for just a few hours!
2. Checking in was a disaster since the owner did not send us the instructions beforehand on which one was our apartment and how to access the keys. We went inside and had no idea which floor, which door etc. We called the owner and they said they forgot to send a video showing us the instructions!!! The owner sent it immediately but that video did not download so we had to call him again - finally we got into the apartment after further delay and more phone calls!!!
3. To our surprise the apartment had not been cleaned properly (this was after they delayed check-in saying that they were late in cleaning the apartment)!!! We found shoe stains on the floor, food crumbs on the chairs and hair in the toilet sink!!!
4. And finally, after all these challenges, we found out that there were no toiletries in the bathroom (the description clearly says 'free toiletries'). Imagine having gone through all the problems of getting into the apartment and not finding even soap in the bathroom to wash your hands in a 'luxury suite'!!!! We had to buy our own soap etc the next day from the supermarket which is a drive to the town center.
Considering that we were given the apartment late by an hour, we asked whether we can check out an hour later (11am instead of 10am) to which we were promptly told no!!!!

Total dissappointment, lost a lot of time a d nerve
Nothing! I'm not a picky person but we got a totally different apartament than the luxurious one we booked, of a much lower standard. We were not informed of the change, lost a lot of time as the other apartament proved to be at a diffent address, located very inconveniently and the parking place was a grim joke and totally unusable. Customer service commented that it was not their problem.
Apartament had none of the key features advertised: it was old and stinky, had a tiny basic kitchonette with few appliances, old bathroom, no wasing machine,no swimming pool and no usable parking, and no great view, matresses were smaller than beds causing risk of hitting your head on the protruding bed frames. Dust on furniture, sticky plates and glasses, walls peeling off on the balcony.... and ignorant staff. Our first expierence of this kind and hopefully the last. If we weren't travelling with the kids who were tired we would look for a differnt place.

Disappointing
Location and facilities were perfect, amazing view and really big space. Parking was great, easy access and really nice garden.
We didn't have the access to WI-FI, although it was noted that apartment has it which made us a huge mess and we needed to pay it 20€ ourselves. Host was not responding to any messages and it was impossible to get in touch with him. Nobody did anything to make this up or try to solve it somehow. So if you need something, don't expect that someone will help you or even respond to that. Also, you will not find any cutlery in the apartment. Overall, really bad communication which made this vacation a complete mess.

toilet seat cracked, futon piece falling off. Bed needs to be changed (worn out on one side and makes too much noise). property is far from supermarkets if need to buy food and center of town. no Wi-Fi

La vista che offre la terrazza è stupenda, la struttura in sé è molto bella.
Sull’utilizzo della piscina, bisognerebbe specificare la necessità di portare cuffie, i lettini a disposizione sono sporchi e rotti. Solitamente la piscina è un fattore molto rilevante per gruppi di ragazzi, il fatto di pagare 200€ un soggiorno di praticamente 16/18 ore per non poter neanche utilizzarla, pesa sulla recensione, sarebbe corretto metterne da parte per gli sprovvisti.

Très belle vue
- Piscine avec bonnet de bain obligatoire non spécifié sur l’annonce pour deux jours nous n’avons pas pu en profiter en plus des horaire très étrange (de 15ha 19h) et un maître nageur qui nous laisse même pas nous installer où l’ont veut sur les transats.
- vous propose des services lors de la réservation, qui au final sont inaccessibles : nous avons demander une bouteille de champagne en chambre (proposer dans la réservation) Vià Booking.com et aucune réponse de la part de l’établissement, par la suite on me contacte sur whats app pour me demander d’envoyer les carte d’identité j’ai redemander deux fois via whats app et on ne m’a jamais répondu même pour nous dire que ce n’étais pas possible par contre on me répondait pour les papiers ect .. la moindre des choses serait de répondre si oui ou non le service est disponible.

J'ai aimé l'appartement, la vue sur la mer, sur la ville de San remo et la proximité du centre ville et de la mer.
J'ai été très déçue par le manque d'information, notamment concernant la piscine. Nous avons loué pour 5 jours/4 nuits avec la piscine et nous n'avions pas été informé des consignes (bonnet de piscine obligatoire et fermeture de la piscine le jeudi).
Ayant découvert les consignes sur le moment, nous avons profité de la piscine seulement 1 jour.

Schöne Lage und sehr schöne Aussicht. Komfortables Bett und neues, modernes Bad.
Alles was man braucht, war vorhanden. Großer Balkon.

Extrem schlecht verwaltete Wohnung – dringend abzuraten!
Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr gut – ruhig, zentral und mit einem tollen Blick aufs Meer. Auch die Wohnung selbst ist geräumig und in Ordnung – unser Problem lag ausschließlich bei der Verwaltung.
So wie die Wohnung aktuell verwaltet wird, können wir nur ausdrücklich von einer Buchung abraten!
Zufällig haben wir den Eigentümer kennengelernt – ein sehr sympathischer und hilfsbereiter Mann. Wir hoffen, dass er diese Bewertung liest und die Verwaltung so schnell wie möglich wechselt. Denn sie ist im Begriff, ihm sein Geschäft zu ruinieren.
Auf Anfragen reagiert die Verwaltung grundsätzlich nicht – aber wenn es darum geht, unangebrachte Forderungen zu stellen, sind sie plötzlich ganz schnell!
Ein paar Beispiele:
- Keine Antwort auf einfache Fragen: Einige Tage vor unserer Anreise haben wir gefragt, ob wir Bettwäsche mitbringen müssen – im Inserat war dazu nichts zu finden. Die Anfrage wurde schlicht ignoriert.
- Gefährliche Mängel und freche Forderungen: Eine Türklinke war lose, wir mussten sie ständig festhalten, um die Tür überhaupt öffnen zu können. Wir hatten Sorge, dass sie einem unserer Kinder auf den Fuß fällt. Nach unserer Abreise hatte die Verwaltung dann tatsächlich die Dreistigkeit, von uns Schadenersatz zu verlangen!
- Waschmaschine defekt: Das Gerät zeigte Fehlermeldungen, die Tür ließ sich eine Zeit lang nicht öffnen – unsere nassen und schmutzigen Sachen saßen fest. Die lapidare Reaktion der Verwaltung: „Stecker raus und wieder rein.“ Man hätte genauso gut schreiben können: „Pech gehabt.“
- Hygiene mangelhaft: Das Badezimmer roch dauerhaft nach Schimmel, die Abflüsse waren offensichtlich lange nicht gereinigt worden.
Wir haben schon in vielen Ferienwohnungen übernachtet und noch nie eine schlechte Rezension verfasst. Vermutlich hätten wir auch hier darauf verzichtet – dem Eigentümer zuliebe. Aber dass die Verwaltung uns wegen der lockeren Türklinke auch noch zur Kasse bitten will, ist so frech, dass wir nicht schweigen können.
Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung war durchweg katastrophal: unprofessionell, gleichgültig, inkompetent. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Nous n’avons pas compris où se situais les poubelles pour pouvoir sortir nos sacs remplis, mais ceci n’est qu’un détail. Compliqué avec la voisine du dessous, qui nous demande de taire un enfant de 2 ans à 17:30

Quando siamo entrati nella camera , abbiamo notato una camera molto bella, peccato per il resto che dopo una giornata di lavoro, non ci siamo potuti neanche lavare le mani ,abbiamo notato che mancava nel bagno il sapone lavamani e il doccia sciampo, nel bagno c’era soltanto un kit di sapone , già usato. abbiamo chiamato i responsabili della camera , e ci hanno risposto che non erano dovuti a mettere il sapone nel bagno,siamo dovuti uscire con la macchina per acquistare il sapone lavamani e per farsi la doccia, una vergogna per quello che abbiamo pagato per una notte.
