Pros: The appartment is located slightly above the coast and has a fantastic view to the sea. Livia is a great hostess and was always available for us. The appartment is very well equipped and very clean. Opposite the apartment complex is a hotel with a seawater pool, which you can use at favourable rates, but we didn't make use of it as we preferred to go to the beach. The village of Ospedaletti with its restaurants and beaches is within walking distance. There is also a bus stop directly above the appartment on the road, you can take the bus to the surrounding villages and also to the nearest supermarket (or walk 15-20 minutes), where you can get everything you need. A beautiful cycle path starts in Ospedaletti in the direction of Sanremo and on to Imperia. You can hire bikes everywhere. We did everything without a car, which was no problem. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back someday. Thank you very much!

Pros: La padrona di casa è stata accogliente e l'appartamento era dotato di tutto quanto fosse necessario per il nostro soggiorno. Comodo l'ascensore quasi a piano strada. Zona tranquillissima!
Cons: Nulla da dover imputare alla nostra Host.

Pros: Die Wohnung ist schön, sauber und hat alle die Utensilien für Bad und Küche welche man eventuell vergessen hat. Die Aussicht ist wunderbar. Es sind nur zwei Gehminuten zum schönen, öffentlichen Felsstrand mit kristallklarem Wasser. Zudem kann man auch Eintritt in den Hotel-Salzwasser-Pool kaufen der gleich vis-a-vis ist. Weitere Kieselstrände öffentlich und privat finden sich in 10-15 Minuten Gehdistanz. Irgendwie findet man auch immer einen freien Parkplatz auf der Strasse. Erwähnenswert ist die gute Betreuung durch die Gastgeberin Livia, welche gleich nebenan wohnt.
Cons: Das WLAN ist ein Zufallstreffer, mal funktioniert es, mal funktioniert es so langsam dass es nicht wirklich nutzbar ist und manchmal funktioniert es überhaupt nicht und Livia muss bei sich den Router neu starten. Die Dusche war etwas seltsam, bei gleichbleibender Einstellung wechselt das Wasser zwischen kalt und glühend heiss. Da muss man jeweils etwas zur Seite treten und warten bis sich die Temperatur wieder geregelt hat.
