Az apartman modern, tiszta, kényelmes, konyha mindennel felszerelve (kávé, tej, cukor, fűszer, olaj, hűtőben 2 üveg víz bekészítve❣️) Tisztítószerek, mosószer, piperecikkek rendelkezésre állnak, mindenre gondolt a kedves tulajdonos, hogy igazán otthonosan érezzük magunkat, A tengerpart 3 perc távolságra, a belváros 15-20 perc sétára található, közelben vannak élelmiszerboltok (Lidl, Coop). Zárt parkoló áll rendelkezésre! A tulajdonos és a házmester asszony is igazán csodás, aranyos hölgy, mindenben segítenek.

A légkondicionáló berendezést mi hiányoltuk, de az árnyékolástechnika és a két ventillátor segített kellemes levegőt biztosítani.

Apparemment spacieux et très propre. Calme la nuit et confortable. Une place de stationnement est incluse à cote de l’immeuble. La localisation est aussi interessante proche de la plage, des restaurants, un Carrefour est à 7mn de voiture et aussi proche du centre-ville de Sanremo.

Grandissima cura da parte della proprietaria, subito intervenuta per dei piccoli inconvenienti dovuti al riscaldamento, risolti con estrema velocità e cortesia.sempre disponibile per ogni richiesta. Appartamento funzionale e ben arredato, comprensivo di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno.

Apartment is spacious and clean.

Location is not great. It is close to the beach but not the nice ones. Far away from the city center on foot. Very hot for the summer months with air con (fans are not enough)
