Great location! The host was very nice, even brought us 6 litres of bottled water for the heat. The air conditioner was a small portable one but it was a lifesaver in the heat wave. The terrace was very nice.
The apartment is small, it's essentially a studio. I wouldn't call the bed over to the side a bedroom. The kitchen is extremely small but all of the essentials are there, stove top, oven, dishwasher, washing machine.

This STUDIO apt. has an excellent location, and the owner was both friendly & quick to respond to questions. A short walk will bring you to the St.-Michel Notre-Dame metro, but if you prefer walking, as I did, the Notre-Dame is 10 min. towards the Seine & over the bridge. St. Germain-des-Pres is only 10-13 min. away, as is the Louvre and the Musée Dorsay….plus uncountable! other beautiful places, cafes and fashion destinations.
Although the ground-level front door is secure and the lobby & elevator EASY to reach, the lobby needs repair. I believe the current upgrades & reno will be finished in 2025.
