JAZ Elite Aurora

The restaurant staff were amazing, so kind and charming! They always made a point of asking to get us extra drinks. Even the staff by the pool and sunbeds were great, they kept bringing us fruit skewers and nuts! We could also request a golf cart to drive us back to our rooms if we were too tired to walk which was very convenient Food for the most part was very tasty, it just got a little repetitive after a while. I particularly loved seafood night on Sunday, with sushi, prawns and crab The beds were super comfy, we slept amazingly well. We also loved the showers, great water pressure The beach was a dream! I loved that they have multiple swimming pools so you can choose your vibe and it doesn't get overcrowded. The gym is well equipped, and the aqua aerobics sessions were entertaining also

There were no restaurant bookings open during our entire stay! A lot of people have said that they were also not able to book so I wonder if they ever let anybody book?

We had an absolutely amazing 5-night stay at Jaz Elite Aurora Hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel facilities are modern and new, the food was exceptional, and the pool area and beach were simply beautiful, with breathtaking views. 🌴🌊 What really made our stay special was the incredible staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. A special thank you to Ramla, who served us drinks around the pool area. She was always working hard throughout the day and was incredibly kind and attentive. Renalda usually served us at breakfast, and she was always professional, friendly, and kind. She really made our mornings more enjoyable. Ismail, the lifeguard, deserves a special mention too! He is funny, has a great personality, and his positive energy made our stay even better. He also takes great care of his area and always keeps it clean and tidy for the guests. And Lisa(we're not sure) from the animation team was wonderful as well. She is energetic, kind, and always brought a great atmosphere and positive energy.(zumba, darts) Overall, this was an unforgettable stay, and we would definitely recommend Jaz Elite Aurora to anyone looking for a beautiful hotel, amazing food, wonderful facilities, and exceptional service. ❤️ Thank you to the whole team for making our holiday so special! L’emplacement face à la mer, la beauté de l’hôtel et le fait qu’il y ait plusieurs piscines.

Le kids club n’est vraiment pas terrible avec seulement quelques jeux de sociétés et du craft, il faudrait pouvoir proposer autre chose. Le service laisse à désirer. Lorsqu’on demande quelque chose il faut attendre longtemps. Personnel peu formé à un hôtel 5 étoiles. Il manque de transats.
