The staff were so friendly and I loved that the part of the beach the hotel is on is quiet and secluded but close enough walk to nearby restaurants and bars, the rooms were big and well equipped and very clean

The property is great! And a perfect location - secluded but close enough to the action. The staff is extremely good! Always looking out for us - remembering our food preferences/ allergies and going out of the way to prepare good food that meets the requirements.
Institutionally, there were a few basic things lacking -
1. No labels on food counters. So we don’t know whether what we are taking is veg or non veg
2. The veg and non veg food was kept together and all mixed up
3. 4 perc surcharge on payments made by credit card - surprising for a hotel of this stature
4. Extremely expensive F&B - most expensive cocktails on the island

Absolutely amazing staff, willing to go the extra mile for any want or need. Special thanks to Adil at the reception, who was the perfect example of this.

If you want to take a bit longer shower, the hot water would eventually run out.
