Great Location, But Security Concerns Need Addressing

The apartment itself is spacious, bright, and very comfortable. Its location in the city center is fantastic, making it easy to walk everywhere. It was clean and well-equipped.

There is a very steep spiral staircase that guests should definitely be warned about in the listing. It could be a safety issue for some people or those with heavy luggage. However, the most serious issue was a major security breach that completely ruined my stay. A woman entered the apartment late at night while I was asleep. I was terrified. I still don't know who she was—was it a cleaning person, another tenant given the same door code, or someone else? This incident is unacceptable and made me feel extremely unsafe for the rest of my time there. The host or property manager needs to urgently investigate their key/code system to ensure guest safety.

The location was amazing. Short walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets, attractions. Clean and tidy apartment. Perfect for our small family stay. Fantastic having kitchen facilities

Comfortabel, ruimtelijk appartement!

Fijn appartement qua ruimte en locatie. Je zit vlak naast het historische centrum en met 5 minuten lopen ben je in de winkelstraat.

Appartement is een klein beetje gehorig: vanaf de bank kon je andere mensen de trap op komen lopen. Gelukkig is het een rustig pand, dus heb je er niet veel last van!

Antwerpen magnifique, appartement à éviter si l’on dort la nuit et exige un minimum de propreté.

L’emplacement est idéal, tout le reste non.

Appartement vraiment sale : - four très sale, couvert de miettes, mauvaise odeur et un plat rempli d’un liquide odorant - sol sale, nous avons dû commencer par un grand nettoyage, y compris le réfrigérateur - l’aspirateur était rempli de poussière - nous sommes rentrés sans chaussures, pardon mais nos chaussettes collaient autour du coin cuisine et sous la table du déjeuner - les produits de nettoyage étaient mélangés à de la nourriture - le bar/restaurant à croquettes situé en dessous a été extrêmement bruyant (euphémisme) la nuit du réveillon. Il y a eu plusieurs protestations du voisinage. Et ce jusqu’à 4 h 30 du matin avec des cris, des chants (en langue russe), un orchestre… . 2 jours plus tard ils ont recommencé une nouvelle fête « d’anniversaire ». Il se trouve que nous parlons plusieurs langues slaves dont le russes et sommes intervenus. Nous avions une enfant de 11 ans dans l’appartement. - l’appartement n’est donc pas calme. Ce restaurant dispose d’amplificateurs très puissants et d’alcools non moins puissants, le tout provocant de potentielles énormes nuisances sonores Pour le nettoyage non effectué, les conditions d’hygiène non conforme, je demande une compensation financière.

Fijne, moderne accommodatie op een fijne, centrale locatie, dicht bij oude binnenstad.

Het meest waardeerde we het mooie ingerichte appartement met keuken en de fijne locatie.

Het matras viel ons wat tegen. Mijn zoon en ik hebben rugklachten, dus dan valt dat wat meer op.

Prima uitvalsbasis voor een paar dagen genieten van het gezellige Antwerpen

Erg net en goed verzorgd appartement in het oude centrum van de stad. Op loopafstand van winkels, cafes en toeristische bezienswaardigheden. Ook in de buurt van supermarkt en een hub voor een leenfiets. Zeer ruime slaapkamer, prima woonkamer en schoon sanitair.

De tweede nacht stond er een buitenunit van een airco (waarschijnljjk van de bovenburen?) aan en die maakte een behoorlijk resonerend geluid. Hierdoor wel gedwongen om met het raam dicht te slapen, zodat de overlast beperkt bleef.

Een heerlijke plek voor twee of met gezin van drie.

De accommodatie was erg fijn. De bedden lagen heerlijk en het was er goed schoon. Het appartement ligt vlakbij de kathedraal en midden in het centrum, maar vrijwel geen last gehad van het geluid buiten.
