It's very private, well done, and pretty. The staff made us feel very welcome, and gave us a special greeting for our anniversary.

No kitchen sink, or stove, so are limited to the food you can have there. And, there needed to be some curtain options for a couple windows.

Overall it was great, especially if you have a small dog and your own car

The outdoor area was huge. Very dog friendly, with a turf area and a poop bag dispenser, that was a nice touch. Private driveway was nice too - I wish the door locked but that’s ok, the area seems safe. We didn’t use the pool or the grill but it’s awesome they were there. Very friendly host, communicative and helpful. Nothing is really walkable but I had my car so it was perfect, everything was 30 minutes away max

The sunlight shines through the windows right into the bed. The air conditioning unit seemed to not work well by the end of the stay. Maybe we overworked it because we left it on for the dogs when we went out, but we relied on the fans for the last night or two.

Laughing Buddha's New Home

The property is amazing, inside everything is available from shampoo, shower gel to proper tea and coffee. The television is huge with all streaming services available, a massive bed which is so comfy! Jason the host is a great guy , though I only met him once face to face , since we have become telephone friends ! Really good person and really cares for his guests ! Thank you Jason !

Nothing not to like , but one thing the shower pressure needs looking at , but it was still ok.

Perfect private paradise stay in San Diego Coastal North County.

We loved the private pool, slightly cool but very refreshing. We used it daily. We are from San Diego and moved away a couple of years ago and really love the area and array of restaurants, activities and beaches nearby. I am active and there is lots of yoga studios , workout places nearby. I had a great time and will stay here again. The grill was also indispensible and cooked our meals when home on the grill. We also loved the option to bring our pet with us. We wouldnt have been able to stay here if our pet wasnt allowed. The bed, space and furnishings were very comfortable for two. The home and neighborhood was close to everything, yet quiet and we were able to get a good nights rest.

Everything was great. Could have a frying pan for the burner on the grill. We had paper plates, cups and plastic silverware for easy cleanup but wished there was options for coffee mugs and silverware instead of disposables would be better.

An Excellent property for vacation or relaxation with a private pool ? Yes Please!

It is an exceptional property, with a private entrance, a private pool as well as everything you might need if you either traveling on through or taking a beach vacation. It is clean and comfortable, in a good location near restaurants.

The contact person sent an inconsiderate text message at 9:45pm the night before the checkout date, for their preferred checkout process indicating you should be out by 10am, when the booking.com indicates checkout is 11:am. It would have been better communicated earlier that day, the next morning, or via email.
