About this house rental
The home is in a quiet and safe gated community 0.5 miles from the I-5. The home welcomes you with a richly appointed boho design, new West Elm furniture, and new appliances. The main room is perfect for hosting. Six-person dining table, a fireplace, and a full sectional sofa. There is a large TV in the main room. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with an oversized closet. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed as well as a twin-over-twin bunk bed. The kitchen has plenty of storage space, a dishwasher, a water filter pitcher, ice & espresso/coffee machine. Access the unit via the garage or front door with a keyless/code.
What’s brand new: hardwood floors, both bathroom floors, new stand-in shower in master bath, new shower fixtures in both bathrooms, new toilets, place has been repainted, epoxy flooring in garage, new dishwasher, new washer dryer, new ceiling fans.
