About this house rental
The home is in a quiet and safe gated community 0.5 miles from the I-5. The home welcomes you with a richly appointed boho design, new West Elm furniture, and new appliances. The main room is perfect for hosting. Six-person dining table, a fireplace, and a full sectional sofa. There is a large TV in the main room. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with an oversized closet. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed as well as a twin-over-twin bunk bed. The kitchen has plenty of storage space, a dishwasher, a water filter pitcher, ice & espresso/coffee machine. Access the unit via the garage or front door with a keyless/code.
What’s brand new: hardwood floors, both bathroom floors, new stand-in shower in master bath, new shower fixtures in both bathrooms, new toilets, place has been repainted, epoxy flooring in garage, new dishwasher, new washer dryer, new ceiling fans. While the unit does not have central A/C, we provide a portable unit that cools the space wonderfully.
The unit comes with 1 reserved parking spot next to the unit plus plenty of guest spots inside the complex and off of Saxony. Access the balcony that has a table, chairs, and grill from either the master bedroom or living room. The condo has a beautiful resort-like pool with a hot tub, bathrooms, grill, tables, and outdoor shower. Newly renovated dog park inside the complex. Steps away from the YMCA that has multiple soccer/baseball fields, a playground, 2 swimming pools, a skate park, and a gym.
**Pet Policy:
- Pets are welcome, but must stay off all furniture.
- An additional fee of $150 per pet applies to your stay.
- If any damages result from pets, you will be responsible for covering those costs.
**Utilities Policy:
-For stays of 28 nights, utilities are included up to $350 per month. Any usage exceeding $350 will be charged to the guest and documented.

We recently stayed at this cute VRBO property and had a good experience overall. The location is fantastic—close to everything we wanted to explore, which made our trip so much more enjoyable. The unit itself was very comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere. Our neighbors were incredibly friendly, which added to the welcoming vibe of the community.
One of the highlights was the easy communication with the management company. They were prompt and helpful when I reached out, especially when we encountered a minor hiccup with accessing the property. Although we didn’t receive the access code prior to our arrival, I was able to get in touch with the property manager quickly, and they resolved the issue right away.
Additionally, having a dog park in the community was a big plus for us, as we brought our dogs along. It was great to have a dedicated space for them to play and socialize.
On the downside, we did face a couple of inconveniences during our stay. The property manager wanted to show the unit while we were renting it for the week, which required us to make alternate arrangements for a few hours. This was a bit tricky since my husband was working remotely and we had our dogs with us. However, we managed to work it out, so it wasn't a major issue.
Another minor drawback was the single garage, which is somewhat small for larger vehicles like SUVs. Thankfully, we discovered an outdoor parking space.
Overall, a nice stay!
