About this house rental
Private home with accommodations for five located one mile from the beach. This two bedroom, one bathroom home is nestled at the back of the property. It is quiet and private, but close to everything you would need during your stay. The private bedroom offers a queen size bed, dresser, closet, and sliding door access to the yard. The converted garage is equipped with a queen size bed and smart TV. The living room couch quickly pulls out to a queen size bed to allow the house to accommodate five guests. This furnished home has a well equipped kitchen, wireless internet, and a smart TV. The fully fenced private yard is a great place to have an evening BBQ or roast some marshmallows over the fire after a fun day of exploring what San Diego has to offer. We had a great stay at this cute little place in Encinitas! We had two couples and the space was perfect for the 4 of us. We really loved the back yard, it was wonderful to sit outside for our meals. We will definitely check this place out again the next time we visit!

We had the perfect stay - not only was the place clean, relaxing, quiet, well stocked, and in a fantastic location close to the beach, stores, etc. To top it off, Courtney was so responsive!! I don't think I ever waited for more than a few minutes for any question I posed, both before and during the stay. She was the consummate professional and just made our stay everything we expected. If all my rental experiences were this enjoyable, I'd just sell my house and rent. A 5 star +++!
