can't beat the location in the charm and the uniqueness

difficult to check in in the middle of a busy Cafe and the lady of the desk really didn't know anything – no explanation of why we had €150 charge until the right person came along and told us!

I arrived shortly before check in time and was directed to the hotel/restaurant manager who provided me with the code to the exterior building door and to my room. He was being very helpful as it was a very busy time with the Tour d' France arriving in Montmartre the next day. Once checked in I met my daughter downstairs in the restaurant and sat outside with a drink and snacks and people watched. The wait staff were very friendly and kind and spoke excellent English. The following day we were there early and the staff recognized us and got us a table right next to the barricades with a perfect viewing spot to watch the Tour climb the cobbled hill three times. We had drinks, food and more drinks along with the massive crowds in the square to watch the Tour. The room was very comfortable and on the third floor so we had an excellent view overlooking Place Jean Marais and partial view of the dome at the Sacre-Coeur just around the corner.

Everything! Our accommodations were wonderful and it was amazing to have such a complete set of amenities. With the Paris heat wave it was so handy to do laundry, choose to eat at "home". The location was superb. While everyone was coming to Montmartre we were in the midst of the action.

Nothing, we felt everything was provided. If we needed anything, the staff was so attentive and responsive.
