Charming!

I love my room especially the two big windows: one facing the church across the road, the other facing the distance and the Eiffel Tower, and I could see the square and streets below… Love it🌹This my third time in Paris, this hotel is my Little-Paris-Dream came true. Also met the owner; he was such a gentleman & super civilised. A special thanks for the gentleman who worked on the night shift on Thursday. I needed a train ticket to go to Annecy on 26th and was unsure of my options. Luckily, this kind gentleman helped me out with my ticket and I booked my trip. Thank you so much!🌹

Nothing. I know what to expect. I was a bit surprised that the receptionist didn’t know how to use Uber to call a taxi. She only knows how to call a taxi. Anyway, that’s not important. I work it out myself.

Short visits to Paris

The location is fantastic 1 Metro station Abessess is on the doorstep and Pigalle M station is a 5 or 6 min walk making it so easy to get around Paris really inexpensively. Lots of lovely Cafés in the locality. The Hotel is basic but ideal for short stays, what we liked was how clean it was and the daily housekeeping. Very comfortable bed. The room and ensuite was small but not unusual for Paris.

We used earplugs and had very comfortable sleep however if you dont use them be aware that there is no sound proofing. Small basic room & ensuite but we would still return for short stays due to location & cleanliness.

The location was fabulous and the Hotel staff were welcoming, friendly and made the stay a wonderful experience. Eric in particular was excellent. The view was amazing.

A great location and value for money

A great location in a nice part of the city, in Montmatre on Abbesses square, close to lots of bars, restaurants, shops, 2 metro stations, and around the corner from the Sacre Coeur and Moulin Rouge. Had a clean tidy room with comfortable beds overlooking the square with its small Christmas market.

only one key card worked at a time

the room itself was cute, nice wallpaper and bed was comfy. bathroom was clean and had towels. very good location, next to metro and lots of restaurants near. had a small lift too which is a bonus in paris.

we ran out of toilet paper and put the room sign on to clean and didn't get any more so we had to ask reception for some. we also requested 2 key cards but they only worked one at a time, so when other didn't work we asked for it to be registered to the room again which would then unregister the other one. so only one card worked at any one time. every time we had to try sort it at the desk we got patronisingly told either keys or phones demagnetised it. no, it was the room only being able to be registered to one card at a time which was an inconvenience. it is not unreasonable for two people to want to have a key card each.

Terrible service and hugely overpriced

The location was good

Terrible value for money. Hugely overpriced rooms, too small and very noisy. One can hear the neighbours talking in their rooms, having a shower or going to the toilet. The rooms on the 5th floor do have a good view, but are not worth the price of € 220 per night. We had no glasses in our room to drink water and when we asked for them, we were told that glasses were not part of the price of the room, as this was a 2 star hotel and we shouldn’t expect any luxury. When I complained to the owner of the hotel about his staff member behaving like this, he kind of shrugged and said that people were complicated and that he was a staff member and that he would speak to him about his behaviour. That’s it. I will never stay at this hotel again and recommend that people avoid it like the plague.

Excellent location with astonishing view of the Eiffel Tower.

Exceptionell location in a very picturesque area close to the Sacre-Coeur. We chose the deluxe room with an astonishing view of the Eiffel Tower. Well worth the upgrade.

The hotel and rooms are basic and the bed was quite small and hard. But did not expect more at this location for this price from a 2-star hotel.

An authentic and comfortable Paris hotel with a classic view!

Wonderful view of the Eiffel tower. We loved the church bells too. The bed was firm and very comfortable. Maud was helpful before and during our stay. We are especially grateful to be able to leave our heavy bags whilst we explored the city.

We had a kettle, but no complimentary tea or coffee or cups to make a drink with. That would have been a nice and simple addition. Though we did have complimentary water, thank you.

A True Montmatre Experience!

Very friendly little hotel in an amazing location right in the middle of Montmatre with lovely views over Paris. Clean and comfy. We would return.

Do be aware that if you sleep light you may find the hustle and bustle outside difficult. We considered it all part of the wonderful ambience.

Would not recommend for the price that I have for the hotel and them trying to mislead tourists.

The location is the only positive thing

When I first arrived, the receptionist was pressuring me to get a pre-booked taxi from the hotel. She said that it will be very difficult to book a taxi to the airport on a Sunday and insisted that I get a taxi from them for 67 euros which was apparently the best price in town, despite me saying no a few times. It was a lie as I managed to book an Uber very easily which cost half the price. In my room, the shampoo bottle was empty and there was no coffee/tea provided despite a kettle there. The room was also stuffy with lack of ventilation apart from a table fan.

A nice, comfortable hotel directly by the Metro station, a short walking distance to Sacre Coeur.

The location was excellent and the view over Paris and the Eiffel tower a nice bonus. Staff were all welcoming and helpful. The room was quite small and basic but comfortable and clean, all I would expect from a hotel of this type.

The lift is tiny, no problem for me but could be difficult for some.

Right beside Metro. Area in Montmartre so good, lots of restaurants to choose from and beside Sacre Coeur and 5 min walk to Moulin Rouge. Continental breakfast was nice. View of Eiffel Tower from our room on Bastille Day was exceptional. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Perfect location - in my favorite, most beautiful district of Paris - Montmartre. Great view from the window, the Eiffel Tower spire is visible in the distance (photo zoom:)) Metro station literally at the door. Staff very, very nice. Breakfast sufficient, nothing was missing.

There could have been 2 glasses for rinsing teeth for 2 people instrd of 1 :)

I love staying at Regyn’s at Place de Abbesses in Montmarte. I find the hotel very comfortable and at an amazing location. Breakfast is very nice and generally included. I’ve been staying there frequently when in Paris and recommend it as a very good value for money.

A quintessential Paris stay

Great location in Montmartre, just a few steps across the pleasant Abbesses square from the metro, and 10 minutes or so walk up to Sacre Coeur, or in the other direction, down to the Moulin Rouge. Fantastic to have such a superb view of the Eiffel Tower (and numerous other landmarks) from the window, makes a great start to the day when you open the curtains - worth the money for the view alone! As you'd expect in Montmartre, plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants close by. Bed was large and super comfy, all staff very nice and friendly. Sound proofing from the street more than good enough (on the top floor at least, can't speak for lower down). Excellent value, will unhesitatingly look to stay here again.

Sound proofing between the rooms wasn't best - not a problem for us at all during our stay but I guess it possibly could be depending on who the neighbours are. A kettle and some coffee would have been a nice extra, but really, I can hardly fault the hotel at all, it's a great place to stay.
