Breakfast was included but a café right next door. 1 minute walk to the main square and restaurants.

Yes it is great. A lovely place to stay. The only thing I would say is that as me and my partner are in our seventies, we would appreciate a handrail ont the last stairs up to room 30.
Thank you

Good location walking distance to the attractions around Montmartre. Spacious room and has a view of Sacre coeur.

The location in the Montmartre area is exceptional. The units are large by Paris standards so there is some room to spread out.
As others have mentioned, the spiral staircase is steep and the stairs are small. The owner should strongly consider adding additional hand rails to the spiral staircase as some sections of the staircase have no handrails at all.
