النظافة ممتازة المطبخ متكامل

صعوبة الوصول إلى مكان المفتاح رغم التعليمات الدقيقة لا يوجد شطاف في الحمام دورة المياه ضيقة جداً المطبخ واسرة النوم في مكان واحد لا يوجد تكييف ( الجو حار جداً عند وصولنا )

Un bon rapport qualité prix, la proximité du métro qui permet de rejoindre le centre de Vienne en 15min. Appartement propre et suffisamment confortable pour un court séjour.

Le quartier est plus que moyen, surtout le soir sa fréquentation n'est pas formidable. A déconseillé pour des femmes seules.

My stay at this apartment was very disappointing. The room was dirty and the sheets were stained and not even ironed, which gave a very unpleasant feeling. The bathroom was very small and had a strong smell, while the sink was blocked and unusable. In addition, the room was cold and the blankets were very thin , which made the stay even more difficult. I asked if can haved any blankets but no answer from landlord. No heating system and me and my family get a flow in room from cold. Overall, the conditions were far from any normal standard and I would not recommend this apartment.
