I loved how clean the space was when we checked in! The kitchen had eating utensils, plates, and cleaning supplies ready for use. The beds were comfortable and the closet space was great to have. The living room has a dining table, chairs, a couch, and a TV a well. The toilet and shower are in separate rooms, which was convenient with two people. Public transportation was immediately accessible and the local convenience stores were right next door. For the price, it was worth the stay! Thank you Rainer for preparing the apartment and your clear communication.

There is no air conditioning for the summer. We visited during a heatwave, and the apartment was a sauna until the recent rains broke the heat. It's best to leave the windows open during the night and then close the windows, curtains, and lights off during the day to keep the apartment cool. The apartment is also small and works best for two people, but even then it's a bit confining, especially if you bring large luggage for the stay. The shower room is quite small and unfortunately there is no barrier besides a shower curtain from preventing the water from getting all over the floor. It's best to shower with less water and the showerhead pointing away from the curtain to prevent water from getting everywhere.

The location was very good. Easy access to the Keplerplatz metro station.

Great size apartment that was extremely warm, very comfortable bed, good hot water, well stocked kitchen, separate toilet room, located close to public transport, 50 metres from a good size supermarket, secure building, wardrobes in both bedrooms, good size dining room table, free wifi, contactless check-in. Communication from the host was really good, he responded very quickly to any messages I had, was extremely friendly and spoke great English when I had to ring with a question.

The bathroom was quite small, meaning that only one person at a time could use any of the facilities. The shower water tended to flow onto the bathroom floor from underneath the shower curtain but that was pretty easily cleaned up.
