Laxenburger City Apartments - Only 8Min TO CITY CENTER VIENNA

Apartment was close to Vienna Central Trian Station and various little shops

Unfortunately the room we got, was not the room booked. Rather than having a room and livingroom separately, with a double and a sofa bed, we ended up with a double and single in the same room as the kitchen. The bathroom sink had not been cleaned, with someone’s shaved hair still in it. One of the showers doors were broken and the bathroom mirror also broken. Both vent covers in the ceiling were broken, one was just a hole in the ceiling. A almost empty bottle of men’s shower wash left in the shower and an almost empty bottle is hand soap provided. For 3 people over the course of 4 nights and 5 days, we were provided with 1 towel each and 2 rolls of toilet roll. The kitchen was just as under prepped, 2 spoons with 3 bowls, no mugs to have a hot drink with but a kettle provided. No tea towels to use to take trays out of the oven and no bin bags to replace the only one provided. The washing up liquid was almost empty as well! We found hair under the bed along with an alarming amount of dust, used cotton buds and broken charger. Would have been happy to clean this up, but no brush and pan either!! No air con in the room, which considering the weather, this was horrible to sleep in, we did use the fan, but this also had not been cleaned in a LONG time. A neighbour also decided to chuck something down to the outdoor bins, nearly missing one of our heads before smashing right next to us!!

Great location, shops nerby, easy to navigate. Fully equipped kitchen and quitet place.
