Stylish 1BR Apartment in Vienna, City Center

Small apartment with good access to the city centre and amazing access to the train station. The apartment has a small kitchen and a washing machine, which is essential for stays longer than a few nights (and you will need a good amount of time to experience Vienna). The apartment is also very close to local shops including Lidl, and I appreciated that the provided hairdryer included a diffuser!

There's a lot of wear and tear in the apartment (scratches on the floor, long term stains in the toilet) which could do with some TLC. Kitchen is under equipped and could do with some better knives, pans and maybe a microwave. I was staying solo and while this space would work for a couple, I wouldn't recommend it for more than 2 individuals sharing.

Die Metro ist direkt um die Ecke. Von da aus erreicht man in wenigen Minuten alle gewünschten Ziele. Viel Gastronomie und Lebensmittelgeschäfte in der Nähe. Die Betten fanden wir sehr bequem und die Nächte waren trotz zentraler Lage (im Viertel) ruhig. Man konnte sich von den Strapazen des sightseeings gut erholen. Die Wohnung verfügt über alles, was notwendig ist. An Ausstattung hat uns nichts gefehlt. Kommunikation über Whatsapp schnell und zuvorkommend.

Trotz Hochladen persönlicher Daten und Dokumente auf ein Hotel-Portal, wurden wir dazu immer wieder aufs Neue (wohl automatisch, bis kurz vor Ankunft) aufgefordert. Es verunsichert, da man ohne dies keine Chek-in Anweisungen bekommt. Hier sollte nachgebessert werden. Erst persönliche Kontaktaufnahme brachte Klarheit. Die direkte Kommunikation über Whatsapp, aber lief schnell, freundlich ab!
