We had no Wi-Fi for 2 days. A person came out to fix it but it continued to drop in and out

No coffee, tea, sugar, salt or any basic to have a hot drink when you arrive after all shops are closed. Contacted the owner and they said that they don't provide as they consider these basics as "personal shopping" If you are staying here and arriving late or on a Sunday, make sure you bring your own basics Also no shampoo...

It is very close to the the main train station, about a 7 minute walk. It’s on the first floor so if you have heavy suitcases this helps. The apartment itself is quite large offering a lot of space to settle in and stretch out. Very close to restaurants, supermarkets and to the Belvedere Schlossgarten. The city train is about a 5-6 minute walk. Communication with the property owner was quick and self check in was very easy.

There are no toiletries AT ALL. No shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc. There is an ancient dented bottle of hand soap by the sink where the shower is and it’s seen better days. (The toilet is in a separate room). There is no shelf in the shower for your toiletries, you have to put your soap, shampoo, etc on the floor of the shower. There is a washing machine, but there is no detergent. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, small (very cold) fridge and a Nespresso, but there is no coffee, tea, sugar, etc. No paper towels or tissue. Most importantly, there is no air conditioning. You are provided with two oscillating fans but since you’re on the first floor, the windows won’t open. Unfortunately, it was pretty stuffy, uncomfortable and hot. It felt like they decorated with the. Are minimum by throwing some thrifted furniture in there and didn’t add ANY extra features to make a guest feel comfortable. It’s a shame because of the potential. I definitely won’t be a repeat customer.
