Great location, easy to walk into the city or there is a tram and bus stop at the end of the street. The apartment was on the 3rd floor and there was a lift to access the upper floors. The apartment was really clean and very modern. It had everything we needed and more. There was underfloor heating and it was lovely and warm which was very welcomed during the really cold weather. The host was fantastic giving clear instructions for check in, and was really quick at replying. I would most definitely recommend this place and if I return to Vienna I will stay here again.

There was a strong smell in the bathroom which was possibly from the shower drain? It needs a full length mirror.

Hübsche, moderne Einrichtung. Alles sehr neu und kaum benutzt. Fußbodenheizung: angenehm warm angesichts des kalten Wetters während unseres Aufenthalts.

Ein Schock war der Zustand des zum Innenhof gelegenen Balkons: unfertige Baustelle ohne Geländer und voller altem und frischem Taubenkot!!! Türklinke war sinnvollerweise abgezogen, da Betreten des Balkons nicht nur eklig sondern auch lebensgefährlich ist. Der Anblick/Ausblick von der Küche und vom Essplatz aus auf den Balkon war für uns nicht erträglich, daher Gardinen immer zugezogen. Mit zunehmender Wärme im Apartment kamen kleine Ameisen aus den Ritzen in Bad und Küche. Gummidichtung an Eingangstür teilweise lose. Treppenhaus vor Wohnungstür mit Wäschesäcken vollgestellt (Brandschutz?!). Treppenhaus wirkte an vielen Stellen wie unfertige Baustelle.
