The location and the apartment

We felt at home throughout our stay in Vienna. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was great and getting around the city was very easy.
The host was very helpful and always quick to respond. Thank you for helping make our trip to Vienna such a pleasant experience.
If we visit Vienna again, we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Warm cozy, value for money

Asked for a crib and the request was confirmed, yet there was no crib upon our arrival . Sent a message asking for a crib, and was answered it will be there the next day. Yet it didn't arrive the next day either .
Cream for that was left for guests use was 3 months(!) over the expiry date. Bathroom full of mold.
Having said all that - the property itself is pretty comfortable . But the overall experience was of disrespect and neglect.
