We ended up changing apartments last minute and found this one available. We were given a choice between 2, as we were a party of 5 adults. Both choices were quite nice.
The neighborhood was quiet and neat. Also very close to transit, so convenient and easy to get around.

First visit to Vienna, property great location close to Laurenzgasse tram which took us to central area.
Warm property, comfortable beds and sofas. Supermarket at end of road.
1 suggestion to make it even better = put a coat hook in the hallway.
