Apartment house in Vienna

Excellent apartment, very quiet, plenty of space, and a full bathroom. Communication was prompt and to the point. I really liked everything.

The only minor note was the Arab quarter, which we jokingly called "little Kabul." I respect all nationalities, but overall, we felt like we were living in the Middle East in this area. Future guests should know about this.

The surrounding construction gave it a bad first impression, and I’m not sure if it was construction but there was some banging noise at night.

Almost everything: spacious rooms and good lighting, big bathroom and living room with tv. Good position and quiet zone, with many supermarkets.

There are four beds and a couch for sleeping for the other two people, but sleeping on the couch wasn’t comfortable at all. it’s not a mattress and is very hard to sleep on…

Accessible public transportation nearby.

We struggled a lot to find the location (over an hour of walking around and trying different buildings), and only received the exact apartment number a day before we were flying to Austria. We tried to call the host over 5 times, but he never answered even while messaging him that we need help. What is the point of giving us a mobile number if no one is going to pick up? The location of the apartment is also really bad. You except to stay in Vienna, but it looked and felt like Kabul. The neighbourhood is dirty and we did not feel safe walking around at night time.
