Casa di fronte alla metro, a 6 fermate dal centro di Vienna. Basta questo per valutarne l’enorme qualità. Parcheggio sterrato, ampio, all’aperto, che costa 5,50 € al giorno, a 100 metri. Host molto simpatico e gentile.

Great location, right in front of the metro station, with direct and rapid connection to the city center.
There was a persistent smell in the toilet, which could also be felt in the rest of the house. I would have preferred white and cleaner bed sheets and towels. Mosquito nets at the windows would also be useful.

La stazione Altes Landgut della metropolitana si trova esattamente a 10 m dalla porta del condominio, tra l’altro è la linea rossa che porta direttamente a Stephanplatz in meno di 15 minuti. Due letti matrimoniali e uno da una piazza e mezza, molto comodi per noi che abbiamo 3 bambini. Ottimi gli elettrodomestici a disposizione tra cui lavatrice, aspirapolvere, frigo, cucina completa. Non manca nulla. Vengono fornite anche lenzuola e asciugamani. Ci sono tanti prodotti per la pulizia a disposizione.
Poco comodo il wc in un altra stanza rispetto alla doccia, assente il bidet. Ma nonostante ciò, si riesce a vivere decentemente in questo appartamento. È pulito e comodo. Il parcheggio c’è solo a pagamento, 5,50 al giorno.

Big hygienic problems in the apartment, n3eds in deep cleaning. Poor cleaning done !
