La posizione è davvero ottima: esattamente davanti la fermata della metro e vicino ai parcheggi (sia alcuni a pagamento per 5€/giorno che altri gratis durante la notte e nel weekend). I riscaldamenti funzionano benissimo, l’acqua calda arriva in un secondo e il silenzio dell’appartamento sono i fattori che ci sono piaciuti più di tutti. Il materasso anche molto comodo.
Alcune annotazioni sulla pulizia e sull’ordine che, con pochi piccoli accorgimenti, possono rendere il soggiorno ancora più confortevole.

Просторные апартаменты. Станция метро прямо у выхода из подъезда , так что , ты через 10 минут уже прямо в центре Вены. Рядом есть парковка за 5 евро в сутки, что очень удобно. Рекомендую.
Просьба к хозяину- укомплектовать кухонную утварь ножом для резки, там только столовые ножи.

Big hygienic problems in the apartment, n3eds in deep cleaning. Poor cleaning done !
