Vienna Studio Apartments

Le studio est bien équipé, calme et agréable. Il est proche des moyens de transport public.

L'hôte communique bien mais sur un ton sec, dépourvu d'humilité et de courtoisie. Les instructions affichées dans le studio sont rédigées avec un style dur qui renvoie à des sanctions payantes en cas où elles ne sont pas respectées (poubelle non vidée --> 30 euros; porte anti-incendie qui reste ouverte --> 30 euros ..!). L'hôte est serviable, mais le moindre service est facturé!

The location is nice and the house is beautiful, easy access to the center, airport, and other places. Things work quite efficiently, and we even got extra things like iron board upon request

It was a bit dirty, floors especially. There were many rules printed out and glued around the room, which was not a nice feeling, especially since rules had a list of price penalties applied to everything. Some of those rules were broken by the staff and guests, e.g.smoking right into our window. Overall, the review section was alarming in terms of how the host replies to negative feedback in booking. We did not experience such treatment, however.

This is a decent place to sleep over in Vienna. Nothing more.

When checking in they ask you to fill out paper form like we´re in 90s. They ask to copy your credit/bank card with explanation that is a hotel policy. One could ask how they manage very sensitive card information and keep them secure from misuse.... (?). I had to pay for late check in (arrived after 21:00) and I could do that only in cash without getting any receipt. They request that you empty trash before leaving or they charge you additionally (that is why they copy your card?). If this is ok or not - no comment, but I never before saw this strict demand. Building section where you can empty your trash opens up at 8:00 but I had to leave earlier so I had to carry my trash with me and dump it in a trash can on the street. At the reception they speak word or two of English.
