La Scala Apartments

Location is great - close to downtown but out of the tourist bustle. Walking distance from Belvedere and from supermarket. The apartment is okay but there is room for improvement. There's a small kitchenette where you can prepare your own breakfast or a small meal which is convenient.

The cleanliness was at a low level - the floor was not cleaned at all - there was hair and trash along with a dirty napkin. We checked in at around 18:00 - about the end of the work day. We reported that and they sent staff to come clean the next morning which meant we had to walk and stay the night with the other people's hair on the floor. The toilet cleanliness was also questionable. If we had a vacuum and a mop we would have cleaned ourselves but we had to wait until the morning when, the lady that came, argued with us that it was impossible the hair was there and we're making up stories. This was completely unnecessary as the whole cleaning process took less time than the conversation about it. Overall it's not the most pleasant thing to be greeted with dirty floor and that leaves you questioning the overall cleanliness of everything. We bouth wet wipes and cleaned all surfaces before using them. It would be nice if you left trash bags in the apartment so guests don't have to buy a full pack to use 1-2. Or, if they arrive on a Sunday or Saturday evening, there's no place to buy trash bags.

Chambre agréable, lumineuse, calme bien que sur rue , grande, bien agencée ( espace cuisine séparé de la chambre), très bien équipée . Un peu dans son jus mais pas gênant Localisation idéale pour parcourir la ville : plusieurs solutions de transports à proximité , grande surface à proximité

- l’énorme poster qui « décore » la chambre mentionnant toutes les infractions aux règles de l’établissement : too much - l’absence de cafetière compensée par un distributeur dans le hall d’entrée à 1 euro le café!!! - la propreté de la cuisine: sol sale, micro balai gavé de cheveux/ poussières/… - cabine de douche vieillotte ,cheveux dans l’évacuation de la douche - personne n’est venu faire le ménage ou changer les serviettes sur 9 jours de séjour

Palazzo nuovo, appartamento pulito e posizione ottima, con il tram 7 arrivi in centro in pochi minuti.

Appartamento fronte strada, non ci sono le tapparelle quindi la mattina entra il sole. Troppe regole rigide e da considerare che dovete dare una cauzione di 150€.

Its location is good - a few streets away from belvedere palace and is well connected to a underground, which is like 100-200m away - also only like 20 min walk to the central areas

We were put in a basement room - so no windows just a skylight - the temperature outside was only like 15-17C but the room was very hot - no aircon. or air circulation. The room is basically 1 room with the kitchen/bedroom and sofa in. Then you have a bathroom. It all white, clean - although the floors could do with a mop - its has pretty modern stuff in there all from IKEA. The corridors and lift to the rooms look fine but you get the feeling they are in the middle of trying to renovate them. The WIFI is a but hit and miss. Also there is no chance of booking in early or even leaving your luggage before 2pm without paying extra.
