It was easy to communicate with the staff. The flat is moderatly equipped, it seemed once it was a really modern place, but now would need a bit of update. Overall it was a correct place, but if you want to cook/chill more in the apartment maybe it is not your place.
It was also bit noisy, the neighborhood seemed a bit noisy as well, but we could even hear the noises from the street with closed windows.

The apartment is in a really nice location, you have all the shops within the 5 min range from Lidl, Billa... For food to dm for cosmetics shampoos etc. Metro is in that range as well, really good metro line U1 and many trams. It was clean. Enough stuff in the kitchen for cooking. Big balcony. There was always hot water and it was always warm inside.Definitely would come again when i come to Vienna again.
The bedroom bed was good, but the sofa where the other two of us slept was the little problem. When you were sleeping you could feel the wooden log from sofa under you. I mean you can adjust a bit i slept well everyday. Its easy fix for the apartment manager just to add something soft over that part and everything will be fine.

I liked the location; it was very close to the metro and easy to find.
I didn’t like that the cleaning was done superficially, and what I also found inconvenient was that the entry code to the building had been changed. Since I was out visiting the city and didn’t have internet access, I didn’t see the email from the host informing me about the change. I ended up waiting about half an hour in front of the door, and eventually the host answered the phone and gave us the new code.
