Czysto, wygodne łóżka. Kuchnia wyposażona w sprzęty i w indukcję, jest zmywarka i kostka do mycia i płyn do naczyń. Ręczniki pachnące jak dla mnie fajne miejsce i polecam. Czytając komentarze, ktoś narzekał na gołębie i faktycznie jest ich tam sporo ;) ja lubię te ptaki, ale jeśli ktoś ich nie lubi to będzie mieć problem z dźwiękami. W apartamencie nie ma klimatyzacji, ale to stare budownictwo więc tutaj jest raczej chłodno w lato , teraz można było się ogrzać więc też duży plus za regulowanie temperatury pomieszczenia

Brakuje deski do krojenia

This is a small newly-renovated apartment that's less than 5 minutes on foot from the Reumannplatz subway station. Reumannplatz is two stations away from Sudtiroler Platz (the stop linked to Vienna's main train station), and five stations away from the one at Stephansplatz which is the center of the old town. Note that Reumannplatz has a bad reputation among some locals but it's far from being highly unsafe as sometimes alluded to. I certainly didn't feel unsafe although I do note that Reumannplatz is a public space with benches and greenery. One might see the occasional homeless person sleeping on one of the benches. Still, don't be put off out of hand by negative commentary about the neighborhood or district (10th district of Vienna) if you're considering staying at this apartment. The apartment itself is a ground floor unit with a bedroom, toilet, bathroom, and kitchen. There's no conventional oven or washing machine so for the latter you'd need to do your laundry at a coin laundry as desired, but there's a mini fridge with a small freezer, microwave oven, induction stovetop (two elements), dishwasher, and kettle. There was also no air conditioning as far as I could tell, but since I stayed there in the early fall, this wasn't a problem at all. There's cookware, flatware and cutlery, but there were no bowls for eating a meal. I had to use one of the cups as a makeshift bowl for my oatmeal at breakfast. As a fairly independent sort, I really valued how it was not only very close to a subway station, but also to outlets of Billa and Hofer which I relied on for getting groceries. These outlets were less than 5 minutes away on foot from the apartment. There's not too much in the way of restaurants nearby but the apartment is down the street from the ice cream parlor "Tichy" on Reumannplatz which always had a long lineup until near closing time at 11 pm - a very popular place I figured.

I was mildly annoyed by the lack of bowls but that wasn't disastrous. This wasn't an actual problem for me since I had drawn in the curtains for my stay, but I noted that the windows in the bedroom faced another building which blocked out a lot of sunlight. Someone who likes a more expansive vista may be put off by this orientation.

Ήταν ένα πολύ άνετο διαμέρισμα σε φοβερή τοποθεσία !Το μετρό δύο λεπτά με τα πόδια από το δωμάτιο, επίσης πολύ βασικό ότι είχε σούπερ μάρκετ, καφέ, φούρνους δίπλα στο δωμάτιο για να πάρεις τα βασικά! Τα κρεβάτια άνετα βέβαια δεν ήταν διπλό κρεβάτι αλλά δύο μονά ενωμένα! Είχε ζεστό νερό πάντα για μπάνιο! Μας είχε πετσέτες και παντόφλες, πιστολάκι επίσης! Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό!

Δεν είχε αφρόλουτρο και σαμπουάν όπου αγοράσαμε μόνοι μας και τα αφήσαμε εκεί για τους επόμενους!Θα μπορούσε να είχε τα βασικά όπως λίγο καφέ ζάχαρη ( δεν κοστίζει και είναι όμορφη κίνηση)!

The apartment was very nice and neat. The furniture is new and the location of the apartment is near the metro station. Also the owner was very nice and kind.
