Todella mukava, ystävällinen, avulias ja hyvin palveleva henkilökunta! Junamme saapui Wieniin jo aamulla seitsemältä, ja saimme viedä matkatavaramme säilytykseen samassa talossa odottamaan huoneistomme vapautumista. Huoneisto on vanhassa ja hienossa talossa, tosin molemmat ovat hieman rappeutuneita. Erittäin tilava, kaunis ja tyylikäs huoneisto, korkeat huoneet, upea puulattia! Hissiä ei talossa ole, joten ei sovi vanhuksille tai huonojalkaisille, koska maan pinnasta laskettuna on viidennessä kerroksessa.
Erikoinen yhdistelmä on keittiöön sijoitettu suihkukaappi, mutta kyllä sen kanssa hyvin tulee toimeen. Sähköjohdot on viritetty "italialaiseen tapaan", eivätkä täytä EU:n sähköturvallisuusmääräyksiä. Edeltävät asiakkaat olivat polttaneet pilalle huoneiston teflon-paistinpannut. Wifi on melko hidas. Avainsäilö ei toiminut. Valitin asiasta henkilökunnalle, joka lupasi tarkistaa asian. Avainsäilö ei kuitenkaan toiminut senkään jälkeen.

Great location. Warm and cosy. Helpful staff. Great hot water. Washing machine worked well.
Kitchen is compact but adequate. However, it could be so much more functional with some attention to simple details eg no plug for the sink, pans with loose handles, no larger pot provided for cooking pasta/rice. The hot plates are temperamental - switched themselves off unexpectedly while cooking.

The apartment is perfect for family or big group of people. There are big and comfortable beds, a lot of blankets, pillows. The location is also very nice. Close to bus stops and groceries stores.
The WiFi connection was bad, we had to use our mobile data all the time.
