The apartment - obere bahngasse 24,was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. It was also quiet, which made the stay very relaxing. I appreciated the excellent facilities, including the washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and air conditioning.
A small improvement would be to provide shampoo and shower gel, as these amenities are always appreciated by guests.
The written communication could also be clearer. I was asked to register my credit card on an external website before arrival, which I was not comfortable doing and chose not to complete. Fortunately, this did not cause any issues and everything went smoothly during my stay.

The apartment was quite spacious, kitchen well equipped, very comfortable sleep and warm rooms. close to the centre and trams were only a couple of minutes away. Lots of restaurants, pubs and shops within walking distance. A restaurant which was suggested by our host was Salm Brau, their in house beer was amazing and so was the local food, do not miss! The host was kind and provided information and suggestions.
We arrived after 21:00 due to flight delay, we rushed as much as we can to reach there on time but we had to pay an extra EUR15 for this reason. A self check in would have been ideal.
Lots of ants in the bedroom, we slept on the sofa bed in living room but was very comfortable.

Very convenient location, with supermarkets, restaurants and a bakery close by, and with an excellent tram link to the city center. The apartment is very comfortable, clean and well-equipped. The host is very helpful and kind.

It is in an excellent location, very close to the Belvedere Palace, and it's very convenient to take a taxi to nearby attractions
The apartment is very old and there is no elevator. If you have large luggage, moving it will be very tiring. There's no air conditioner, only an electric fan, so it's extremely hot. The apartment is not a self-service check-in. You need to make an appointment with the landlord or the management staff in advance to meet. They will give you the key to the apartment (there is only one key). Be very careful not to lose it...
