Ubytování bylo skvělé, vše čisté a perfektně připravené. Naprostá perfektní komunikace s majitelem. Klíče byly uloženy u dveří uvnitř bytu. Majitel nám ihned po napsání, že jsme u ubytování otevřel dveře na dálku. Ubytování vypadá v reálu mnohem lépe než na fotkách, je odhlučněné, takže hluk z venku, nebyl slyšet, vše moderní a příjemní. Ideální pro rodinu s dětmi! Kousek je krásné hřiště, obchody, perfektní lokalita.

Jedinou drobnou nevýhodou pro nás byla šířka postele (140 cm), což při naší výšce a postavě (manžel 120 kg, 193 cm) nebylo úplně komfortní. Vnímáme to ale jako čistě individuální záležitost, pro většinu hostů to pravděpodobně nebude problém.

Very nice apartment - 2 bed, 2 bath - which is great! Nicely decorated - very modern. Beds are comfortable. Baths are small but well done. Has all the utensils in the kitchen that you need. Sofa is small but comfy.

There is an automatic light in one of the bedrooms that comes on when you move. Very disconcerting. Evidently, there is no way to turn it off - but maybe there should be.

This immaculate, newly renovated apartment was the perfect spot for our visit to Madrid! We appreciated that each bedroom had its own attached bathroom, and each bedroom had its own heating/air conditioning. Communication with the property managers through WhatsApp worked very well, with very quick responses. When we arrived at the apartment, the property managers were able to unlock the door remotely, then there was a set of keys that we used throughout our stay. We loved the huge mural of a map of Madrid, and we appreciated how functional the spaces were.

All was wonderful!

地理位置很好！离火车站很近，可以步行抵达，距离艺术馆等景点也近，很干净！沙发床很大！

我们有五个人，洗澡时热水器只能支持两个人洗，其他人需要等待热水再次烧热才可以洗。
