El apto es cómodo. La situación es buena y tranquila.
El aire acondicionado del comedor y una habitacion no funcionaba y la tostadora tampoco. Se reparo pero no enfrían demasiado. La tostadora se cambió por una nueva. La puerta de entrada que da a la calle estaba muy sucia. La cerradura de la puerta de entrada no funciona bien.
