The location was excellent, with several metro stations, shops, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby, and within easy walking distance of Atocha. The space was larger than it appeared in the photos and was spacious enough for a group of four. The kitchenware was well-equipped, and the check-in and check-out process was quite smooth. We only waited a few minutes outside the apartment for key collection. The staff provided a thorough introduction to the apartment and were very prompt and helpful in responding to messages.

Unfortunately, the noise related to rubbish collection was a little disruptive and occurred almost every night during our stay. On the day of departure, we were asked to take out the rubbish late at night before check-out and leave no waste in the apartment, otherwise an additional fee would be charged. It would be even better if a proper coffee machine were provided instead of a filter coffee maker.

It is a great location for exploring the city. Restaurants and food shops can be found nearby

We stayed in January. The apartment took its time to warm up. As we do not wear shoes inside. Should have known/remembered the tile flooring 😆
