The best accommodation my family has ever had! Perfection all round from the size, facilities, cleanliness, location, and customer service. Wow!...in fact, double Wow!

The location was excellent. The property itself was excellent. All the included food, drinks, and amenities were excellent. There was not one thing about the property or the stay that wasn't excellent.

The property was well built with quality furnishing, thoughtful design and comprehensive facilities The sauna and plunge pool were such a treat every night. The house is well stocked that we didn’t feel like leaving the property! Snacks, drinks and food was well stocked too. Not to mention towels and bath robes. It was a treat and for the price we feel the quality and amenities were there. Location was really central and quiet at the same time. Staff was so kind and thoughtful. We loved our stay!

If I were to nitpick a few things would be toiletries could be a little better in quality. More hooks in the bathrooms as there was no place to hang towel or clothes.

Love the modern traditional styling. So calming, beautifully cool when it's so hot outside. Love all the drinks and snacks provided. Great staff. Super clean with so many provided amenities. Easy walk to Nishi markets and seven eleven for supplies.

Water doesn't heat properly in one of the upstairs bathroom. Remote to TV batteries ran out. The sofa in the main living area is not very comfortable to sit on, and difficult for a group of four to watch a movie together. The cooking facilities are challenging if you don't know Japanese, same problem with laundry- information is on the iPad.
