We enjoyed the neighborhood and found the apartment very comfortable and spacious.
The apartment had plenty of room for my husband, adult son, and me. The location was terrific, just a short walk from the train station and with lots of restaurant, pub and coffee shop choices as well as a grocery store. The parking spot in back was ideal.
The bass line of the music in the wine bar below the apartment could be heard sometimes, but they did not stay open late. The dryer did not work well and left our clothes hot but still wet. I reported that the king-sized bed was broken. It tilted to one side. But that will hopefully be fixed.
