The location to the tram, shopping centre and entertainment precinct was fantastic. The night skyscape was beautiful and seeing a sunrise from the veranda was gorgeous. Having access to the hotels heated pool, spa, sauna and gym was worthwhile.

Excellent view and location. Good sized apartment, Comfortable bed and good kitchen facility. Free wifi
Check in and check out process involved pickup and drop off of key from store which was 10 minute walk away, which was inconvenient.

Comfortable, nice view, close to everything.
Worst thing was additional $500 security deposit with $17.23 admin fee, as extra step once had paid for accommodation. Admin fee not refunded. Also had to provide drivers licence plus credit card photos which is stressful with all scams around. Parking expensive at Casino $80 for 24 hours. Hard to find apartment as nothing mentioned naming Cityscape. Is simply an apartment tower at front of Casino. Key collection process clunky, pick up and return from Green Grocer across main road.
