More clearer information on collection of keys & from what location as we didn't receive the text upon arrival at the Casino residence to have to call then text was sent to drive to another location out of the casino residence across the road to another accomodation to collect keys in security box. There were other families we met at the elevator that were going through similar experiences. Very confusing!

Checking in and collecting keys was awful. Instructions given in booking confirmation were incorrect. Went to property - had to call host who sent instructions via text. Had to go to another property, could not unlock safe box to get keys. Had to get help from that hotel staff … and then help another lady get hers … very bad set up to get keys … we were late for our function …. but property was nice
