NT31 Terrazza Giardino

The property is just a few minutes’ walk from the main train station, literally right across the street. There’s also a café/restaurant right next to the property. If you plan on using the metro (U-Bahn), the station nearest is only a 2 to 3-minute walk away, just beside the hotel across the street. The location is incredibly convenient. We’d definitely book this place again if we ever return to Milan! The property was spotless when we arrived. The mezzanine garden is so cute and has such a peaceful, zen atmosphere. 🌵🦋 The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need during your stay. Despite being close to a busy road, the apartment was surprisingly quiet. The host was also fantastic. He left complimentary refreshments in the refrigerator, which was such a thoughtful touch. 🥹 He was very easy to reach and even sent us recommendations for great food spots and other helpful local tips.

One small suggestion would be to improve the curtain coverage. The curtain on the window in front of the bathroom aren’t quite wide enough to fully provide coverage. People passing by the adjacent exterior door can partially see inside. Slightly wider curtains would make the space feel much more private. And buy a mosquito repellant if you are planning to chill outside. 🦟

The flat was very clean , cozy and comfortable. The owner provided everything from kitchen appliances to furniture and day to day items. The most important thing about the flat is the Air conditioning given the Milan weather in summer and it is very close to Milan central station.

Everything! Our host, Cino, was delightful and spoilt us with loads of comforts. Thank you Cino. The apartment is terrific for a couple. Plenty of room, very clean and the location is perfect to get around Milan by train, taxi, bus or walk then come back to a private garden terrace. Bliss! Plenty of restaurants nearby. The main railway is across the road which has grocery stores plus there’s plenty up the Main Street. Washing machine was a winner too! We would definitely return to Cino’s apartment and will recommend to friends.

Gospodarz przemiły, stara się spełnić wszelkie oczekiwania, na wyposażeniu mieszkania było absolutnie wszystko, co potrzeba gościom i wszystko doskonałej jakości - łóżko, pościel, maszyna do kawy, naczynia kuchenne, sztućce. Czekała na nas kawa, przyprawy, woda mineralna a nawet butelka wina na przywitanie. Mieszkanie jest ciche i kameralne, taras też - mimo iż w centrum miasta. Stacja metra pod samym domem, autobusy na lotnisko bardzo blisko - można z walizką dojść na piechotę. W bliskiej odległości dużo restauracji. Śniadanie można zjeść w knajpce w tym samym budynku. Czuliśmy się bardzo bezpiecznie.
