Bezproblemowy kontakt z personelem (WhatsApp) – bardzo miła pani. Klucze przekazywane przez skrytkę, równie łatwe oddanie. Świetna lokalizacja: ok. 10 minut pieszo od Milano Centrale, blisko metro (dwie linie), tramwaje i mnóstwo restauracji. Apartament czysty, z aneksem kuchennym, wygodnym łóżkiem i telewizorem. Plus za balkon z widokiem na mediolański bulwar — szkoda tylko, że nie trafiliśmy na cieplejszą pogodę, bo byłoby idealnie na poranną kawę.
Jedynym minusem była temperatura — w apartamencie bywało chłodno, a ogrzewanie z klimatyzatora okazało się zbyt głośne, by używać go w nocy. Przydałoby się też lepsze oświetlenie, szczególnie mocniejsza lampa sufitowa, bo wieczorami było dość ciemno.
