Location was great. Very near Kuromon Market, Dotonburi, Nipponbashi (DenDenTown). The sleeping arrangements were also great. A mix of western beds and futon on tatami mats.

A bit far from train stations, so you have to be aware when bringing a lot of luggage. The stairs inside is a bit narrow and steep.

Great location, comfortable beds, property managers were really responsive. Self check-in worked just fine

Really spacious with a large communal area for cooking and eating. Very clean. A well equipped kitchen with a very snazzy hob. Comfortable beds. Well powered hot shower. Great area, super convenient for everything, great transport links, but just far enough outside the busiest areas for it to be calm. Host was responsive and helpful. A real gem.

This is said in the spirit of constructive feedback as it’s a great property overall, and some simple changes would really make a difference. 1.Check in process is unnecessarily complicated and can’t be completed in advance of arrival at the property. 2. The front door lock is really tricky to operate. It took us a long time to be able to open the door each time. 3. Better garbage facilities needed. Only small waste paper bins provided - for a house of this size that sleeps 8 a lot of rubbish is generated and it could do with larger bins and obvious spare bin bags.

The house is in excellent location has comfortable beds is well equipped and everything is in good condition. Great accommodation for our family of 5.

There is somewhat limited storage space in some bedrooms.
