Not sure what’s up with all the bad reviews. Our stay was very pleasant. Check in details were sent to us so we could do it ourselves due to our late arrival. Room was clean, we had a very lovely bathroom, balcony, air conditioning. Very close to a bigger bus stop (5 min walk). There was an elevator that worked well, staff was cleaning the room everyday, sheets changed every 3 days. For us it was an amazing time and we will be coming back!
A bit loud at times due to nearby streets but nothing major. We were missing some drying racks - could be helpful.
