Breakfast wasn't offered.
It would have been amazing if the restaurant on the lake could have been open for breakfast as we would have loved to have sat out by the lake in the morning and had breakfast. However I think this is separate to the hotel so not necessarily the fault of the hotel to not have facilities for breakfast.

Location. Pretty close to bus station. The property is set in a scenic location with easy access to nearby lake.

Location
Reaching by train not possible and after bus stop you need to walk need to be reconsidered if you have more luggage and going by public transport
