Die Lage war Top. Bei Fragen wurde schnell geholfen
Bei der Ankunft hatte es keine Parkplätze vorhanden, das sicherlich auch wegen dem Strandbad und dem schönen Wetter.
E-Mail etc. Nur auf Englisch
Zimmer Platz eher knapp für 3 Personen oder hätte es noch Aufenthaltsräume gegeben?

For us the location was the main reason the choose this hotel. Close to Interlaken and other touristic hotspots. View from the room was great, we had a nice view on the lake.
We were here during a very warm period and although there was a fan, there is no way to get the room to an acceptable temperature. We had the balcony doors open but as the train passes by very closely that was really a solution. The room was small for three persons. There is no fridge or minibar present and we have not seen any staff during our stay except for the cleaners who entered our room twice while we were still sleeping ( we assume it were the cleaners)
