Beautiful house but expensive for little amenities

Beautiful house in a quiet countryside location

Our search criteria for this trip was a house with a hot tub, and this one popped up so we booked. On arrival we found out it doesn’t have a hot tub so feel let down. There is a sauna experience available onsite but very expensive and not what we were looking for. We had good commutation with the owners before and at the start of our stay but when we could work out how to use the oven we got no response
