There was a lack of communication at the start re Ealy check in but the Management team made our stay very comfortable! Decent location and very nice property. The villa was clean and they provided all the basics needed. You do need to pay separate for electricity so budget for that.
The deposit held for damages etc should be by card or in the guests currency if by cash like US dollars, euros etc. if it’s the end of a stay for guest who are returning back to their country no guest would want to be receiving back the deposit in Baht.

The pool and the area where was the villa, there were some restaurants, massages and a shop. It was in the suburbs. The owner of the villa also organizes trips, so we took advantage of the trip to the Phi Phi islands etc. and it was great and the price was nice! Overall everything was fine and my holiday was amazing!
It was a little loud from the street but we got used to it and there is a construction near to the villa but it was also okay. You need to have 7k baht deposit and you will need to pay for the electricity that is 7 baht per unit and there wasn't any information about it on booking.

We had to pay for electricity separately per consumption which is common in Thailand but was not declared before booking.
We stayed for 6 nights and cleaning was only performed once, upon request. The location was 10 mins from the beach by taxi.
